By accessing or using the ARCH Profile platform, assessments, reports, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which form a legally binding agreement between you (the user, client, or administrator) and Plumeus Inc., the operator of ARCH Profile and its affiliated platforms.
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
All assessments, reports, feedback, and services provided through ARCH Profile are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional judgment, clinical diagnosis, or human oversight.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
While we strive to maintain high-quality, research-based tools, Plumeus Inc. does not guarantee the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every context. You agree to use all feedback and reports with common sense and discretion.
Plumeus Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Users who are assigned assessments by ARCH Profile Clients (referred to as "Administrators") consent to those Administrators having access to their results.
Administrators are solely responsible for how they interpret and use these results in contexts such as hiring, promotion, coaching, or development. Plumeus Inc. does not supervise or take responsibility for decisions made based on assessment outcomes.
By using the platform, you agree to release and hold harmless Plumeus Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from actions taken by administrators or clients in connection with your data or test results.
Clients and Administrators are responsible for:
Unauthorized access or use of another user's account is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By using the Services, you agree not to:

All assessment content, software, scoring algorithms, interpretive text, and system features are the intellectual property of Plumeus Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, post, or transmit any part of the Services or content without explicit written permission from Plumeus Inc.
All copyright and intellectual property rights are strictly enforced under Canadian and international law.
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and how it's protected. By using the platform, you consent to the terms of that policy.
Plumeus Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform or services at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms or conduct that could harm the platform, other users, or the company.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
