Plumeus Inc., the company behind ARCH Profile, is committed to protecting your privacy and treating your data with the respect it deserves.

We collect only the information needed to provide our services.
We never sell or rent your data.
We protect your data using secure servers and encryption.
You're always in control—clients can anonymize user info, and test-takers are informed up front.
Your results are yours. Administrators can see test outcomes but never the test-takers' raw answers.

1. Who This Applies To

Clients: Companies or professionals using ARCH Profile to administer assessments
Test-Takers: Individuals invited by a client to complete assessments
Administrators: Users managing assessment assignments and client accounts

2. What We Collect & Why

For Test-Takers:

We collect only what's needed to customize reports and administer tests:

First name, middle name, last name (optional)
Email (used for invitations and tracking)
Gender (to personalize language in reports, optional)
IP address (for session security)
Cookies (to track progress mid-test)

Note: Clients may anonymize this data using aliases or generic identifiers.

For Clients & Administrators:

Company name and address
Administrator name and contact details
Login credentials (email + password)
Payment info (if using credit card—encrypted and securely stored)
Test activity logs (who assigned what and when)

3. Device & Behavioral Data

We collect technical information (like IP address, browser type, and site interactions) using:

Cookies
Log files
Web beacons/pixels

This helps us detect fraud, improve system performance, and understand user behavior.

To assign and deliver assessments
To generate accurate reports
To manage user accounts and platform access
To send invites, reminders, and notifications
To process billing (if applicable)
To improve our systems via analytics

5. Data Access & Security

Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access
Administrators can view test scores and reports
Your responses on the test are not accessible to administrators
Data may be hosted in Canada or the U.S.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

To process payments (via secure payment providers)
To comply with legal obligations (e.g., subpoena, law enforcement)
To deliver analytics (via GDPR-compliant tools like Google Analytics)

8. Data Retention

9. Cookies & Do Not Track

You can disable cookies via your browser settings. However, cookies are required to save test progress.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals in the ARCH Profile platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or business practices.
The current version will always be available on this page, with an updated effective date.

11. Chatbot Privacy

Our website includes an AI-powered chatbot provided by OpenAI. When you interact with the chatbot, your messages are transmitted to OpenAI for processing.
OpenAI may collect, store, and process data according to their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at https://openai.com/terms and https://openai.com/privacy.
Chatbot interactions are intended for general informational purposes only. Do not share confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information through the chatbot.
Messages sent to the chatbot may be stored on OpenAI’s servers and handled according to their data practices, which are independent from those of Plumeus Inc.
By using the chatbot, you consent to OpenAI's processing of your messages. If you do not agree with these conditions, please refrain from using the chatbot.
