Non-legalese version

Because we understand that you may not want to read the legalese, we provide a down-to-earth, plain English summary at the top, followed by the legalese version of it.

Collection of personally identifiable data

In the ARCH Profile assessment center, we store certain personally identifiable information (PII). All PII is carefully guarded, and stored on secure servers with restricted access for administrators and technical personnel. We never sell your information to any third party – never have, never will.

  • Clients = the company or professional who is using our assessments for business purposes and administers the assessments
  • Test-taker = the user who is requested by our Client to complete assessment

Test-takers:

This is the only information about you that we store:

  • First name, middle name and last name (for tracking purposes and to customize reports)
  • Email (to be able to send you test invites on behalf of our client; also used as a unique identifier)
  • Gender (to be able to produce reports customized for gender)

Our corporate clients have complete control over the information they enter. They do not have to populate all the fields, and they can anonymize the data if they wish to do so.

As part of the administration of the assessment, we use a cookie to keep track of the answers to the questions on the assessment, and we capture the IP address.

Administrators for Client:

We store the following information about the company and the administrators:

  • Company name (disclosed to the test-taker in email invites and on the test-taker interface)
  • Company address
  • First name, middle name and last name of the administrators (to track who assigned the assessments to specific users, and to manage administrators)
  • Email (used as a unique identifier and username, and to send you notifications when a user completes an assigned assessment)
  • Phone number (in case we need to communicate with you)
  • Credit card information – account number, expiry date, CSV number, billing address (to process payments for services, in case you wish to use this mode of payment)

Our Clients have complete control over the information they enter. They do not have to populate all the fields, and they can anonymize the data if they wish to do so.

As part of the administration of the assessment, we use a cookie to keep track of the answers to the questions on the assessment, and we capture the IP address.

Before they take any tests, test-takers in ARCH Profile are informed that an authorized administrator has access to their test results. By using the assessment center or taking tests in ARCH Profile, Clients and Test-takers implicitly agree with the Terms of use.

The results of each completed test are automatically saved in the client’s ARCH Profile account. It is important to note that authorized ARCH Profile administrators (also referred to as Managers) can automatically access individual test results and personal information stored in ARCH Profile. Managers can consult the final scores and sub-scores, as well as the interpretation of results. However, they do NOT have access to the test-takers’ answers to the test questions.

The administrator authorized to access the test results and personal information is identified on the ARCH Profile Login page for test-takers. PsychTests Inc. cannot protect this information once the manager has viewed it. It is therefore the test-taker's responsibility to review the privacy policy, and any other relevant information regarding the HR practices of the authorized administrator.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, take assessment, or make a purchase from archprofile.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
