Annual performance reviews used to be the norm. These days, most organizations adopt two methods of feedback: Direct feedback during and after a project has been completed, and a 360 feedback system. There are several benefits to an ARCH Profile 360 assessment, including the capacity to gather feedback from a variety of sources (peers, direct reports, supervisors, clients), , and the possibility to generate both individual and team reports. While this method of feedback can be humbling, it creates an opportunity to turn the tables and have employees assess their manager’s performance and results in an eye-opening experience that offers the participants a plethora of valuable and insightful information.
